All SpeakWrite typists must be comfortable operating and maintaining their own computer and software, and have a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm. They must bring a professional approach to the work, be committed to maintaining and meeting their scheduled work sessions and must consistently produce a quality product. SpeakWrite does not train typists, and no one should apply who expects to 'learn on the job'.
