Cloud 10 is a virtual call center with its headquarters based in Denver, Colorado. They hire agents from across the United States to work from their homes answering in-bound customer service calls.
Cloud 10 offers agents, or as they call them "At Home Professionals (AHP's)", a chance to apply the skills they've acquired from previous positions to a rewarding and challenging job that allows them to work from home. They offer all the benefits of a typical office position, with the added convenience of working from a home office.
Agents are paid by the hour based on when they sign into systems and become available to take calls (in accordance with scheduled hours). Pay is not based on the actual number of calls received or talk time, as with many competitors.
Agents, in most cases, work 5 days per week, between 32 to 38 hours each week.
